| Abstract: | The necessities and the urgency to improve students'speaking ability of oral English,and the current vocational non-English speaking professionals from rural areas to their relatively low biogenic health problems were expounded,and Vocational English for many years with their own front-line teaching experience,and the innovative initiatives for the peer reference open to question were put forward. |
