茶肥1号种子硬实破除化学方法探讨

摘    要:为破除茶肥1号种子硬实的外壳,提高其发芽率,采用硝酸钾、氢氧化钠不同浓度不同时间对其种子进行破壁处理,在人工气候箱进行发芽试验。结果表明:硝酸钾0.05 mol/L浸泡6 h和0.15 mol/L浸泡12 h,能显著提高其发芽率,发芽率均可达到80%以上。

Abstract:In order to break the hard crust and improve the germination rate of Chafei No.1 seeds,the seeds were treated with potassium nitrate(KNO3)and sodium hydroxide(Na OH)at different concentrations and for different time.The results showed that by soaking seeds with 0.05 mol/L KNO3 for 6 h or with 0.15 mol/L KNO3 for 12 h,the germination rate could be significantly increased to more than 80%.
