摘    要:采用大田试验,以氮高效型马铃薯品种云薯401和氮低效型马铃薯品种云薯304为试验材料,研究3种氮素水平下(0、105和210 kg/hm^2)马铃薯产量、产量构成、氮素积累量和氮效率的差异。结果表明,云薯401和云薯304分别在中氮和高氮水平下产量达到最大值,云薯401产量均大于云薯304;云薯401植株成熟期氮素积累量、氮素吸收效率和氮素利用效率均高于云薯304。云薯401耐低氮能力强,适合广泛种植,云薯304适合于高氮条件下种植。成熟期植株氮素积累量可作为氮高效型马铃薯品种筛选指标,发掘和利用具有较高的氮素吸收效率和利用效率的马铃薯品种,有助于筛选和培育马铃薯氮高效品种。

Abstract:A high N efficiency potato variety(Yunshu 401)and a low N efficiency potato variety(Yunshu 304)were used in this field experiment to compare the differences in yield,yield components,nitrogen accumulation amount and N efficiency of potato under three nitrogen levels(0,105 and 210 kg/hm^2).The results showed that the yields of Yunshu 401 and Yunshu 304 were the highest under medium nitrogen and high nitrogen levels.The yield,nitrogen accumulation amount at mature stage,N absorption efficiency and N use efficiency of Yunshu 401 were higher than those of Yunshu 304.Yunshu401 resistant to low nitrogen is suitable for planting widely.Yunshu 304 is suitable for planting under high nitrogen conditions.Nitrogen accumulation in mature stage can be used as an index for screening high N efficient potato variety.The exploration and utilization of potato varieties with high N absorption and utilization efficiency could contribute to selection and breeding potato varieties with high N efficiency.
