广西马铃薯水培生根快繁技术试验研究初报

摘    要:为了解决广西脱毒马铃薯种薯的繁育及生产技术问题,以华中农业提供的‘费乌瑞它’原原种(微型薯)为试验材料,利用不同激素萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、生根粉(GGR)及NAA 16 mg/L+IBA50 mg/L+GA335 mg/L对广西气候条件下种植的马铃薯沙培苗进行不同浓度和不同时间处理的水培生根试验,观察其形态特征。NAA处理在浓度为16 mg/L、浸泡20 s时,生根率达100%,比对照(83%)高;IBA处理在浓度为50 mg/L浓度,浸泡30 min时,其各项指标表现最好,生根率达100%,比对照(86%)高;GGR处理在浓度为200 mg/L、浸泡30 min时,生根率达98%,比对照(87%)高;而NAA 16 mg/L+IBA50 mg/L+GA335 mg/L混合使用时,表现最好为浸泡30 min处理,生根率达98%,比对照(87%)高。其中最适合马铃薯水培生根的是IBA 50 mg/L浓度,浸泡时间30 min处理,其生根天数最早6天,根系发达、粗壮以及生根率达100%。

A Preliminary Report on the Study of the Water Culture Technology of Potato in Guangxi

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the virus-free seed potato of Guangxi Province, the breeder' s seeds of 'Feiwuruita' were used of the experiment. In this experiment, the potato seedlings were treated and cultivated in water by different density and different times of NAA, IBA, GGR and NAA 16 mg/L + IBA 50 rag/L+ GA3 35 rag/L, observed the morphological of the seeding. In the hormone of NAA, the rooting rate was 100% immersed with 16 mg/L NAA for 20 s, which was higher than CK (83%). The rooting rate was 100% immersed with 50 mg/L IBA for 30 min, which all the characters were better performance and was higher than CK (86%). In the hormone of GGR, the rooting rate was 98% immersed with 200 mg/L GGR for 30 rain, which was higher than CK(87%), and the rooting rate was 98% disposed by three hormones, were immersed in 16 mg/L NAA, 50 mg/L IBA and 35 mg/L GA3 for 30 min, which was higher than CK(87%). The results showed that the optimum concentrations of IBA to water cultivation were 50 mg/L and 30 rain intruded into solution, which started rooting six days later with healthy roots, and the rooting rate was 100%.
