复硝酚钠、DA-6和α-萘乙酸钠对茄子产量和品质的影响

摘    要:为研究不同的植物生长调节剂对茄子产量和品质的影响,试验设复硝酚钠、DA-6和α-萘乙酸钠3种植物生物生长调节剂种类和3种浓度,随营养液灌根,当茄子在温室生长至成熟后,测定地上部和地下部生长指标、产量和品质。结果发现,0.02%的复硝酚钠处理能够明显提高茄子的株高、叶片数量、叶绿素含量和根长;0.01%的DA-6处理能够明显提高茄子茎粗、叶面积、根长、根干重和产量;0.02%的复硝酚钠和0.02%的α-萘乙酸钠复配处理相比对照处理产量提高了36.9%,果实的维生素C、可溶性糖、粗纤维和粗蛋白的含量分别提高了33.35%、23.4%、42.12%和29.5%。

Abstract:For the study of different plant growth regulators on the yield and quality of eggplant, in this study, the eggplant was added to three different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulating agent included sodium nitrophenolate, DA-6 and NAA and irrigated with the nutrient solution. Measured on the ground and below-ground growth indicators, yield as well as quality, when the eggplant grown in the greenhouse to maturity. The results showed that 0.02% sodium nitrophenolate could promote the plant height, leaf number, chlorophyll content and root length. 0.01% DA-6 could promote plant biomass, stem diameter, leaf area, root length, root dry weight and fruit production, the compound of 0.02% sodium nitrophenolate and 0.02%sodium alpha-naphthalene acetic acid could improve the content of fruit yield 36.9% and the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar, over sized fibers and crude protein 33.35%, 23.4%, 42.12% and 29.5% respectively compared with the control.
