| Abstract: | Non-coding RNA Xist-mediated X-chromosome inactivation is an epigenetic paradigm,the system will enable to become a whole chromosome into heterochromatin.This article discusses molecular mechanism of Xist-mediated X-chromosome inactivation,such as X chromosome counting,the choice of inactivation,the inactivation the initial and the maintenance of inactivation. |
