| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清褪黑激素(MLT)水平与年龄、前列腺体积之间的关系。方法：应用ELISA法测定111例不同年龄男性MLT水平，并经腹部B超测量前列腺体积。结果：20岁至49岁之间血清MLT水平随年龄增长而升高，49岁达到峰位，50岁之后MLT水平随年龄增长而下降；49岁以前，前列腺体积无明显变化，49岁之后前列腺体积随年龄增长而增大；49岁之后MLT水平与前列腺体积呈现反方向增长。结论：MLT水平与年龄前列腺体积有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the relationship between serum level of melatonin and age and prostate volume.Methods:Serum levels of melatonin in 111 men aged between 20 and 89 years were detected by ELISA,and their prostate volumes were measured with type B ultrasonography.Results:Serum melatonin concentrations in men 20 49 years old elevated with the age increase and reached the top at the age of 49 years,but gradually decreased over age 50.Above 49 years of age ,Prostate volumes increased progressively and there was a negative correlation between the age and prostate volume.Conclusion:Serum level of melatonin could have a close relation to the age and prostate volume. |
