| 摘 要： | 2010年12月,呼伦贝尔市主要气候特点:气温与历年同期值相比,牧区、农区异常偏低,林区大部分地区在偏低1℃至正常值之间。降水量比历年同期值偏多82%～653%,其中12个台站降水量为近50年以来历年同期最多值。月内,该市主要天气气候事件有:阶段性低温,频繁降雪使多条公路交通受阻,牧区部分地区出现白灾。 |

| Abstract: | In Decenber 2010,Hulunbeir climate has several main characters: compared with the same period,the temperature in pastoral and agricultural is abnormally low,partly in forest is between 1℃ lower to normal.Precipitation is 82%～653% higher than it over the years in the same period,of which the precipitation in 12 weather stations is the highest over recently 50 years in the same period.With in a month,the main weather and climate incidents in the city:periodicity low-temperature,frequent snowfall leading so much traffic jam and partly in pastoral appearing snowstorm. |
