| 摘 要： | 农村社会管理主体有四个,即基层党组织、基层政府、农村社会组织和农民。由于各主体作用异化,未能形成合力,致使农村社会管理长期存在缺陷;实现农村社会管理目标,必须整合"四个主体",使之形成合力,充分发挥他们主体作用。

| Abstract: | "Four bodies" in rural social managerial system consist of basic party organization,basic government,rural social organization and peasants.Due to the alienation of the their functions,the four bodies fail to form a composite force,so there exist some drawbacks in the rural managerial system.To achieve the goals of rural management,the four bodies need to be integrated to form the composite force,and play a key role. |
