低氧胁迫对黄瓜幼苗根系呼吸代谢的影响

摘    要:以低氧耐性较强的宝优 1号和敏感型的中农 8号黄瓜品种为材料,探讨低氧胁迫下呼吸代谢相关酶活性及根系呼吸速率的变化。低氧胁迫下两品种根系的ADH(乙醇脱氢酶 )、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶 )、NR(硝酸还原酶)活性均被诱导。宝优 1号ADH活性及持续时间均高于中农 8号,LDH活性无显著变化,而中农 8号在处理后第 3天LDH显著提高;处理后第 6天NR活性显著提高,为中农 8号的 1 69倍;处理后第 7天根系呼吸速率显著高于中农 8号,说明低氧胁迫下植株根系较高的ADH及NR活性、呼吸速率的恢复和提高有利于缓解低氧伤害。

Abstract:The effect of hypoxia stress on seedlings of two cucumber cultivars, Zhongnong 8 sensitive and Baoyou 1 tolerant, were investigated in order to figure out the variations of several important respiratory enzymes and root respiratory activity under hopoxia stress. The results indicated that activities of alcohol dehydratase (ADH), lactate dehydratase (LDH), nitrate reductase (NR) in root were all induced under hypoxia (O 2 1.5 mg·L -1).
