Promoting Agricultural Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, Accelerating Modern Agriculture Development in West Coast of Taiwan Strait

Firstly,the article states the internal connections between modern agriculture and new rural construction,the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan with the modern agriculture development in the west coast of the Taiwan Strait.Then it analyses the situation and patterns in the agricultural cooperation.Under comparing the agricultural advantages of Fujian and Taiwan,the article,from the angles of complement and futures,poses some countermeasures,which is to prolong the agricultural chains from the view of "whole agriculture",expand the space of the cooperation from the "more function agriculture",strengthen the exchange and cooperation in farmer cooperative organizations,attach importance to leading into human capital,innovate the right of using farmland to protect the right of farmers,create the superior investment environments to accelerate the agricultural capital deepening and the modern agricultural development,to further the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
