| 摘 要： | 美国白蜡树是江苏沿海湿地用材林、防护林、风景林等造林的优良树种。采用美国白蜡树绿叶期1年生带叶的木质化枝条作插穗、1％的生根粉作生根促进剂、蛭石作扦插基质、夜间补光处理的方法进行扦插试验，平均生根率迭85％～90％，当年生苗高迭85cm左右，而且合格苗比例高。

| Abstract: | Fraxinus americana is a fine kind of tree,which can be used as material woods,shelter forest and landscape forest in seaside wetland in Jiangsu Province. The cutting test is undergone using annual lignified shoots as the cutting fringe during greenery period, 1 % rooted powder as the rhizogenic accelerant, leech as the cutting ground substance,and the measure of supplementing lights by night. The results show that the average rooted ratio of the cutting shoots reaches 85 % - 90 % , the seedling' s height can get about 85 cm and the proportion of certified seedlings is also quite high. |
