| 摘 要： | 针对目前公差设计中存在的问题，提出了一种基于试验设计（DOE）的公差稳健设计方法。分析了基于DOE进行公差设计的一般方法及步骤，并对试验设计的纂略进行了研究，讨论了对试验结果进行分析的方法，最后用公差设计实例进行了验证，结果表明该方法是合理有效的。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a new method of robust tolerance design based on Design of Experiment(DOE).It analyses the general steps to design the tolerance based on DOE,does the researches on the experiment-designing ways,discusses the method of result analyzing and validates the tolerance instances.It is proved that this method is logical and effective. |
