台湾茶业技术进步率的实证分析

摘    要:分析了台湾茶叶产业的现状和技术进步率,认为台湾茶叶产业的技术进步率为负,劳动力作为稀缺要素对台湾手采茶叶单产增加的促进作用较资本更大,1999-2007年台湾手采茶叶单产的减少是由劳动力投入的减少和技术进步率的负增长造成的。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the status of Taiwan tea industry and rate of technological progress,and it is held that the rate of technological progress of Taiwan tea industry is negative,labor,regarded as scarcity factor,is more important than capital in increasing the yield of tea,meanwhile the reduction of yield of manually-harvested tea from 1999 to 2007 was caused by the reduction of labor input and negative rate of technological progress.
