马克思主义生态文明观视阈下的海峡西岸经济区建设

马克思主义生态文明观是新中国成立后历代中央领导集体在继承马克思主义理论的基础上，以战略眼光，高度重视和长期探索生态环境建设得出的重要实践结论，是指导海峡西岸经济区建设的理论指南。海峡西岸经济区在生态文明建设过程中所面临的生态问题迫切需要建立一整套科学、规范的体制和机制：（1）弘扬生态文明，构建可持续发展的生态支撑体系；（2）转变发展方式，建立促进生态文明建设的科技保障体系；（3）发展循环经济，加强生态监测和预警体系建设；（4）加快法制建设，建立完善的生态补偿机制。
