| 摘 要： | 发展高效生态农业是浙江实现农业现代化的战略性选择,科学地评价浙江高效生态农业发展效益,找出影响效益的制约因子,加以改进无疑对政府决策具有重要作用。高效生态农业的评价是一项系统工程,应当是多层次、多角度的,本文限于篇幅主要探讨县域层次的综合评价方法,构建了包含经济效益、生态效益和社会效益三个层次的评价指标体系,并以AHP法和Delphi法相结合确定各指标的权重,以富阳市为例对近年来浙江高效生态农业发展的效益做出评价分析。

| Abstract: | The development of eco-efficient agriculture is a strategic choice to achieve agricultural modernization for Zhejiang Province.Scientifically evaluating the efficiency of the eco-efficient agriculture in Zhejiang and finding the impact factors to improve the efficiency will play an important role in the government decision-making.The evaluation of eco-efficient agriculture is a systematic project,it should be hierarchical and multi-angle.In this paper we focuses on county-level comprehensive evaluation method and build up a three-level evaluation index system including the construction of economic,ecological and social benefits,combined with AHP and Delphi to determine the weights.We made a case study of Fuyang City in Zhejiang to evaluate the effectiveness of the development of eco-efficient agriculture in recent years. |
