进一步加强两岸金融合作的探讨

基于两岸金融合作需求日益上升的现实背景，从社会基础、经济基础、利益基础和政策基础等方面分析两岸金融进一步合作的可行性，以及从台海关系、台湾当局的大陆金融措施、大陆金融市场的开放度和技术瓶颈等方面分析两岸金融合作所面临的障碍，最后根据现实基础和障碍，提出现阶段促进两岸金融合作的对策是深化两岸经贸交流、建立“两岸金融合作促进会”、建立“两岸金融合作试验区”和健全相关的规范条例等。

Discussion about further strengthening the cross-Straits financial cooperation

Under the background of ever-increasing demands for the cross-Stralts financial cooperation, the feasibility of the further cross-Straits financial cooperation is analyzed in terms of the foundation of society, economy, interests and policy, while the hin- drance against the cross-Straits financial cooperation is illustrated in the regards of relationship between two sides of the Taiwan Straits, Taiwan administration＇s financial measures towards the mainland, the opening and technological bottleneck of the mainland financial market. Eventually in view of the realistic foundations and hindrance, the current countermeasures to accelerate the cross- Straits financial cooperation are proposed as follows. The economic and trade exchange between two sides of the Straits should be deepened and it is necessary to found the Cross-Straits Financial Cooperation Promoting Committee and the Cross-Straits Financial Cooperation Trial Zone, at the same time the concerning standards and provisions should be perfected.
