| 摘 要： | 本文从基层科技档案工作到档案信息化建设的发展进程论述了基层档案室微观科技档案工作存在的两方面主要问题，并针对这些问题如何解决阐述了作者的观点，同时对微观科技档案工作到整个国家、社会档案事业的发展前景进行了探索；并着重叙述了档案信息化建设过程中四个方面的重要性、必要性以及合理实施措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the development of changing base science and technology archive intp archives information construction, this paper states two problems in microcosmic science and technology archives in base archive room and puts forward solving method. It also discusses the development foreground of microcosmic science and technology archives and states the importance, necessary and proper application measures of archives information construction. |
