摘    要:目的]分析烤烟新品种(系)主要化学成分,为贵州优质烟的开发和生产提供理论依据。方法]以K326为对照,采用主成分分析法,对从高世代中筛选出来的10个优良品系采用田间试验的方法,进行主要化学成分的因子分析。结果]结果表明:参试品系中,8号品系主要化学成分最协调,5号次之,综合评判结果与品种的实际表现一致。结论]主成分分析方法较单一性状的方差分析更为合理,可准确评价烤烟新品种的优劣。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the main chemical components of tobacco new varieties,providing a theoretical basis for the development and production of cigarettes of Guizhou.Method] With K326 as control,10 new flue-cured tobacco strains with advanced generation were carried out field experiment to valuate their main chemical components according to principal component analysis law.Result] The results indicated that No.8 was the best concerning its main chemical components,followed by the No.5.The comprehensive evaluation results were in consistent with the actual field results.Conclusion] The principal component analysis was more reasonable compared with single trait variance analysis and was more accurate for evaluating the performance of tobacco new strains.
