Abstract:Organic Fertilizer Mixer for the existence of uneven mixing of materials、easy plugging material and low working efficiency、only be one dynamic and so on,a type of horizontal mixer of TY-5F organic fertilizer was designed in this paper,the mixing is realized by a spiral stirring device with sawtooth blades、rub break up effect.The three-dimensional model is built by Catia software,and the static analysis of main agitator shaft and agitator blade is carried out by ANSYS software.The static analysis shows that the main agitator bears the greatest force at the joint of shaft and Blade and the outer edge of Blade,the maximum stress is 2.1921 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.46348 mm,Reference material characteristics,Main agitator strength meets the design requirements.The results show that the productivity of the mixer is 5200 kg·h-1,the power consumption is 13.83 kW·h-1,the mixing uniformity is 93.97%,and the length of the straw is 8.1 mm.The continuous and stable operation can be realized and the performance can meet the design requirements.This study provides a reference for the study of organic fertilizer mixer.
