| Abstract: | This paper shows that the problem finding is one of the important phases in management process. The author points out that the managers should pay great attention to problem finding. In order to identify the problems, managers should sense the changes of environment and obtain the instant feedback of the emerging problem in the organization. The partners within the organization should be encouraged to find out the problem and the top managers should be selected to identify the management problems and be equipped with creative and exploitative spirituality. |
