高性能硅粉混凝土在水电工程中的

摘    要:结合使用高效减水剂和粉煤灰,不仅克服了单掺粉煤灰混凝土早期强度低和单掺硅粉混凝土早强但后期强度增长缓慢的缺点,可赋予混凝土高强、抗冲磨、抗空蚀等一系列高性能,使混凝土具备良好的和易性和流动性,还能减少单位水泥用量,减轻温控负担。介绍了C70高性能硅粉混凝土在某水电工程中的配制技术及混凝土温控措施。

Abstract:With the use of high efficiency water reducing agent and fly ash, the concrete combined with silica powder achieves a lot of high performances, such as high strength, anti-abrasion, and cavitation resistance, as well as perfect workability and fluidity. Besides, it helps to reduce the cement use per cubic meters, decrease the workload of temperature control. In addition, the following defects can be overcome, such as the low strength in the early stage of concrete combined with fly ash and the slow development of strength in the late stage of concrete combined with silica powder. This paper introduces the mixing technique and temperature control measures of C70 high performance concrete (HPC) combined with silica powder in a hydro-electric project.
