| 摘 要： | 以乙醇浸出提取的蜂胶和CO2超临界萃取提取的蜂胶为材料,测定了两种蜂胶的效果和最低抑菌浓度。结果表明:两种蜂胶对大肠埃希氏杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌和紫色癣菌都有一定抑菌效果,最低抑菌浓度为1.54～3.08mg/mL。

| Abstract: | This text use the proplis soaks out with the ethanol and the supercritical proplis extracts with CO2 as the experimental material,examine the effect of two kinds of proplis and restrain the density of minimum fungus. The result shows: the effect of two proplis which restrain large intestine angstrom bacillus, withered grass bacillus, getting golden yellow staphylococcus , white bead fungus and getting purple tinea fungus is distinct, restrain the minimum density of fungus is from 1.54 mg/mL to 3. 08 mg/mL. |
