| Abstract: | How to use the Fundamental Research Funds better, and how to explore and innovate management system mechanism, were both important tasks for related institutes. This article, based on the practices, summarized the execution of the Fundamental Research Funds during theeleventh five-year plan, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward corresponding opinion and suggestion. |
