月季抗黑斑病品种酶活性的研究

摘    要:为选育月季抗病品种提供理论依据。以月季抗黑斑病品种月亮花、日晖和感病品种洛神、金石竹、茶香为材料,研究了其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)与月季抗黑斑病的关系。正常叶片中,抗病品种的3种酶活性均比感病品种高,同一品种嫩叶的酶活性高于老叶。月季感染黑斑病后,3种酶活性均上升,感病品种茶香的上升幅度大于其他感病品种。与老叶相比,感病后病叶的SOD、POD、PPO分别上升49.83%,280.00%和700.00%。月季抗黑斑病与正常叶片中SOD、POD、PPO的活性呈正相关。

Abstract:The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for breeding Chinese roses varieties with disease resistance.With disease-resistant Chinese rose variety-Yuelianghua and Rihui and disease-sensitive rose variety-Luoshen,Jinshizhu and Chaxiang as tested material,the relationship between their activities of superoxide enzyme(SOD),peroxide enzyme(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and Chinese rose resistance to black spot disease were studied.In normal leaf,the activities of three enzymes in disease-resistant varieties were higher than that in disease-sensitive variety.The enzyme activity in tender leaf was higher than in old leaf for the same variety of rose.When the rosewere infected by black spot disease,three enzyme activities in infected variety were increased.Compared with old leaf,SOD,POD and PPO in the infected leaf of rose were increased 49.83%,280% and 700% resp ectively.Chinese rose resistance to black spot disease was positively correlated to SOD,POD and PPO in normal leaf.
