缘毛雀麦适宜采种期的研究

本文通过对缘毛雀麦种子成熟过程中干物质积累动态、种于含水量、落粒率及种子活力等的研究,探讨出缘毛雀麦适宜的采种期。结果表明,缘毛雀麦种子发育成熟过程中,种子于物质积累呈“Ｓ”型曲线增长。种子内脱落酸含量达最高值时,种子迅速脱水,干物质积累转缓至停止,此时标志着种于达到生理成熟。其适宜的采种期是在种子含水量降至２８～３５％的时期。种子含水量作为牧草适宜采种期的定时指标是可行的。

A Study on Suitable Seed Harvesting Time for Fringed Bromegrass

Characteristics of fringed bromegrass seed development and maturation werestudied in this paper.By means of investigating the changes in seed moisture content,seed vigor,and percentage of seed shattering during developn1ent the suitable time forseed harvesting was proposed.The results were as follows: During the seed developmentand maturation,the accunlulation curves of seed storage reserves showed a"S"mode;when the ABA content reached maximum,the seed began to desiccate rapidly,then drymatrer accumulation slowed down and eventually stopned.This indicated the seedreached physlological maturity.the suitable time for seed harvesting for fringedbromegrass is at 28--35 percent seed moisttire content.Seed moisture is a feasible in-dex for determining the optimum time for seed harvest in seed production practice.
