摘    要:对甘肃省主推的玉米杂交组合及其亲本的幼苗叶鞘、叶鞘节等器官的颜色性状,以及籽粒性状等遗传表现进行了研究。研究结果表明,幼苗叶鞘、叶鞘节等器官的颜色与父母本的相对性状有差异,且父本为显性的杂交组合,可用幼苗来鉴定杂交粒中的自交粒,并进行品种纯度测定。籽粒的粒型、粒色深浅、顶部形状、颜色等都是稳定遗传的性状,顶色及淀粉层颜色表现直感现象,可用于特定杂交组合及其亲本的真实性鉴定。

Abstract:The genetic performance of color characters of seeding leaf sheath, leaf sheath node and grain characters of maize hybrid combination and parents in Gansu were investigated. The results showed that maize hybrid combination can be used to identify inbred grains in hybrid grains and purity of varieties by seedling morphology when there were significant differences between the hybrid combination and the parents in contrasting characters of color of seeding leaf sheath, leaf sheath node, and the male parent was dominant. The grain top color and starch layer color can be used to identify reliability of maize varieties because the grain shape, grain color, grain top shape and color were stable genetic characters, and the xenia had obvious effect on grain top color and starch layer color.
