摘    要:以K326、云85、红大、G-28等普通烟草品种的叶片为起始材料进行原生质体培养的研究。结果表明,基因型对烟草叶肉原生质体的培养有明显影响作用,并对影响烟草叶肉原生质体的分离、培养和再生植株等环节的其它相关因素进行了研究和探索。

Abstract:Tobacco protoplast culture was studied with mesophyll protoplasts isolated from K326,Yun85,Hongda and G-28.The obtained results showed that genotype affected tobacco protoplast culture obviously.Some other factors affecting protoplast isolation,protoplast culture and plant regeneration were also studied.
