| 摘 要： | [目的]探索有机复合基质在西瓜育苗上的应用效果。[方法]以抗病苏蜜为供试材料，设置有机复合基质、进口泥炭和营养土3个处理进行西瓜育苗试验。[结果]3个处理的出苗率和成苗率之间均无显著差异。有机复合基质培育的西瓜幼苗在株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和干重、地下部鲜重和干重、壮苗指数等指标上都显著高于营养土（CK），有机复合基质培育的西瓜幼苗表现为长势旺、叶色绿、植株健壮，易于培育；在苗期补充肥料的条件下，进口泥炭的西瓜幼苗长势稍优于营养土，二者差异不显著。[结论]有机复合基质可作为西瓜育苗适宜基质进行推广。
