吸着树脂在农业环保中的应用研究

摘    要:利用自制的NP-CP(non-polarcopolymer)吸着树脂(简称“树脂”)对农业环境污染物进行了一系列吸除试验。结果表明,该树脂可以吸着脂肪烃、芳香烃、卤代烃等多种油性物质,吸着能力受到被吸油种的分子质量、极性、粘度等因素的影响,吸着氯仿可达17.9倍,异丙醇仅0.09倍;还可吸除土壤中和溶解于水中的甲苯;树脂在甲苯蒸汽环境中,3h后增重31.2%;污水经树脂处理后化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD5)的吸除效率分别达70.15%,77.66%;再生树脂重复使用性好。

Abstract:Using selfmade sorption resin NPCP,for pollutant in farm experimentally.The results show that the resins can sorb many organic substances such as aliphatic hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,haliohydrocarbon.The sort,molecular weight,polarity,viscidity,etc.influence the sorption power.The increasing of weight of the swell resin is 17.9 times for chloroform,0.1 times for isopropanol,and 0.31 times for toluene steam for 3 hr.It is obviously for the resin to sorb toluene suspended in the water of soil.After the sewage is defecated by the resin,the sorption efficiency of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biologics Oxygen Demand (BOD5) reach 70.15% and 77.66%,respectively.The regenerated resin is available expediently and repeatedly.
