发展我国杂粮生产的思考

杂粮营养丰富,随着人民生活水平的不断提高和消费日益升级,人们对杂粮特别是优质杂粮的需求日益增多。在分析我国发展杂粮生产重大意义的基础上,探讨我国发展杂粮生产的基本原则及政策选择。我国发展杂粮生产是增加粮食供给、发挥资源优势及满足市场需求的需要。发展杂粮生产应遵循不占用主粮耕地、不破坏生态环境及不违背农民意愿的原则,并不断扩大杂粮种植户的规模及企业参与范围、转变政府支持方式等。

Thought on the Development of Non-staple Crops Production in China

Non-staple crops have rich nutrient,along with the rise of people's living standard and consumption escalating,people have increasing demand for high quality non-staple crops food.In this paper,based on the analysis of significance to develop non-staple crops production in China,research on the principles of developing non-staple crops production and corresponding policy suggestions were put forward.Developing non-staple crops production are the needs of increasing grain provision,displaying resource advantage and meeting market demand in China.Developing non-staple crops production should not use staple food farmland,not damage the ecological environment and not go against the wishes of farmers,at the mean time,to increase non-staple crops farmers,extend enterprise business scope and transform government support style,and so on.
