山西白猪高产仔母系体重性状的遗传力估计

为了解山西白猪高产仔母系的遗传特性,利用WOMBAT软件,采用平均信息约束最大似然法(AIREML),估计了山西白猪高产仔母系不同阶段体重性状的遗传力。结果表明,初生重遗传力较低,为0.090,断奶重、70日龄体重和180日龄体重的遗传力分别为0.147、0.302和0.157,属于中等遗传力。体重性状受母体效应的影响比较大,母体效应估计值在0.140~0.618之间,且生长早期受母体效应的影响比生长后期大。

Estimation of the Heritability of the Weight Traits of Specialized Dam Line with High Farrowing Rate of Shanxi White Pig

To understand the genetic characteristic of the specialized dam line with high farrowing rate of Shanxi white pig,the weight records at different growth stages of 326 replacements of the specialized dam line with high farrowing rate of Shanxi white pig were used to estimate the heritability of the weight traits by the method of average information restricted maximum likelihood(AIREML).The results showed that the heritability of the birth weight was low,with the value of 0.090.The weaning weight and the body weights at 70-day old and 180-day old had medium heritability,which were 0.147,0.302,and 0.157,respectively.The maternal effects,with the range of from 0.140 to 0.618,had big impacts on the weight traits,and the impact was bigger for the early growth traits than the latter.
