营造有地域文化特色的行政中心生态景观——以湖南湘潭市公安局景观设计为例

伴随着城市化的发展,行政中心成为城市的新地标,时代也赋予其景观规划不同于普通景观规划设计的政治意义,把行政中心建筑周边的景观融入城市、社会的整体大环境中去,营造出具有地域文化特色、生态型的行政中心景观,满足时代对行政中心开放、亲民、高效、廉洁的环境要求。作为湘潭市公安局的景观设计,应该把体现和表达公安精神和缅怀悠久历史放在重要位置,弘扬正直精神、传统红色文化,同时,通过表现历史文化与现代艺术的结合,展示公安风采和当地特色。

Public Security Bureau landscape planning and design in the Xiangtan City of Hunan Province

Along with the development of urbanization, the administrative center is becoming the new landmark in the city. The era also gives its landscape planning political significance different from ordinary landscape planning and design. Integrating the surrounding landscape of the administrative center into urban construction and social environment can create the ecological administrative center landscape with regional cultural characteristics so that to meet the requirement of the era for open, friend, efficient and clean administrative center environment. Spirit expression and cherishing the long history should be put in an important position in landscape design of Xiangtan City Public Security Bureau in order to broadcast the integrity spirit and traditional red culture. Through combing traditional history with modern art, the spirituality of public security and local specialties should be showed.
