摘    要:在对猪戊型肝炎流行病调查过程中,通过Nested RT-PCR方法,扩增基因组ORF2的150 bp目的片段,测序并进行分析。结果表明:某猪场同时存在3型和4型HEV,这是我国首次在同一个猪场发现不同基因型HEV共同感染的报道。对基因3型HEV在该猪场流行趋势进行跟踪调查,基因3型阳性率最高达20%,最低4%,平均11.5%;基因4型最高阳性率30%,最低20%,平均23.5%。此研究结果提示基因3型HEV在该猪场与基因4型相比在竞争感染中不占主导优势。

Abstract:In the investigation of hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection of a piggery in Shanghai suburbs,the HEV genome ORF2's 150 bp fragments amplified by Nested RT-PCR were sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that both genotype 3 and 4 HEVs coexisted in the same piggery,which was discovered for the first time in our country.The highest positive rate of genotype 3 was 20%,the lowest 4%,and the average 11.5%.The highest positive rate of genotype 4 was 30%,the lowest 20%,and the average 23.5%.The above results indicate that the genotype 3 was less competitive than the genotype 4 in the investigated piggery and accord with previously reported conclusion that the genotype 4 was a main genotype of HEV in piggeries of China.
