棕色棉和白色棉纤维发育相关酶活性的比较研究

摘    要:选择深棕、中棕、浅棕3个棕色棉品系,以白色棉品种为对照,测定棉铃发育各阶段纤维发育相关酶的活性变化,探讨纤维发育相关酶对棕色棉纤维品质的影响。结果表明,棕色棉的绒长、衣指、衣分低于白色棉;纤维发育过程中,棕色棉纤维伸长速率低于白色棉,纤维伸长停止早(30 DPA左右),而白色棉纤维伸长期较长(35 DPA左右);纤维发育期棕色棉纤维素累积速率低于白色棉,快速累积期短(25 DPA),纤维素含量低于白色棉;纤维发育前期(20 DPA),棕色棉的蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性显著低于白色棉,而过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性高于白色棉;纤维发育后期(25 DPA),棕色棉的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、POD活性显著低于白色棉。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out to study the effect of relative enzymes activities on brown cotton fiber qualities,three kinds of brown cottons(dark brown,mid-brown and light brown) were used to detect the dynamics of relative enzymes activities in contrast with one white cotton.The results showed that the length of fiber,lint weight and lint percentage of brown cotton were lower than white cotton.During the fiber development,the elongation rate of brown cotton was lower and the elongation term was shorter ...
