摘    要:用同工酶技术分析了 2 2个种的 2 1 71个不同类型、品种和 1 2 8个不同杂交组合的 7987株实生苗 ,结果表明苹果新梢皮层中具有矮生型苹果同工酶标志带(E9) ,并受 2对互补基因控制。获得了一批矮生类型的早熟、耐贮的优异株系

Abstract:apple seedlings from 128 combinations of standard type×standard type,standard type×dwarf type,dwarf type×dwarf type,and 2171 different kinds and varieties from 22 species were used for analysing the isozyme.The proportion of seedlings with or without enzyme band 9(E9) in the bark tissues of shoots can be considered as a genetic marker of dwarf type in apple.It is controlled by two pairs of complementary genes.All of the seedlings were pre selected and more than 10 dwarf type,early mature,long keeping lines were obtained.
