摘    要:为正确评价抗腐霉利的灰葡萄孢的生物学特性和竞争能力,用4株诱导的抗腐霉利突变株及其原始敏感菌株进行比较试验。结果表明:各抗性菌株之间生物学特性有显著差异,但菌丝生长速率、产孢能力和致病力并不随抗药性的增加而增强或减弱。用诱导的抗性突变株和敏感菌株分生孢子混合接种,分析抗性菌株的竞争能力。结果表明:抗性菌株的竞争力易发生变异,有的抗性菌株竞争力比其原始菌株强,有的比其原始菌株弱。菌株竞争能力未显示出随抗药性变化而变化的趋势。

Abstract:In an attempt to obtain reliable evaluation for characteristics and competition of procymidone-resistance Botry- tis cinerea Pers.isolates,comparison among 4 resistant mutants to procymidone and their primary isolates was performed. The results showed there were significant differences of characteristics except mycelial growth rate,sporulation,pathogenic- ity,which were abilities were found not only between but also within resistant and sensitive groups,and characteristics pat- terns of test apparently unrelated to the variation of resistant level to procymidone.After inoculating mixtures of conidial suspension of two phenotype at same concentration to tomato paint,hypha in lesions and single conidium on surface of necrotic spot were isolated.These isolates from inoculating plant were examined for their resistance to procymidone in PSA amended with procymidone.The results exhibited that two resistant mutants appeared to be more better in competion than their primary ones while the other revealed weaker competition than the primary ones,which indicated that there was not correlational between competition and fungicide resistance of test isolates.
