| 摘 要： | 怀山药、蠡县麻山药、利川山药、陈集山药、新城细毛山药先后成为国家地理标志产品。本文介绍了其地理标志产品保护范围、品种要求、专用标志使用等，探讨山药资源国家地理标志产品保护的发展对策，并建议：适当扩大其中4种地理标志产品的保护范围；建立国家质量标准；鼓励其保护范围内的生产者使用相应的地理标志产品专用标志；加强其中药材GAP种植加工技术试验示范基地与认证工作；注册相应的地理标志商标。
