我国农业科技成果转化的制约因素分析

目前，我国农业科技成果转化面临着许多制约因素，归纳起来有微观因素和宏观因素两大方面。其中微观因素有：成果供给投入不足；成果自身成熟度差；成果需求拉力不足；科技中介行为不规范等等。宏观因素有：农村土地制度不完善；成果供需失调；中试环节薄弱；缺乏市场风险投资等。只有认真研究和分析这些制约因素，深入探讨其产生的根源，才能构建有效的农业科技成果转化运行机制。
