几种盐地植物根解剖结构的研究

摘    要:通过对典型盐地植物赖草、野大麦、碱茅、沙枣、灰绿藜的根解剖结构观察,结果表明:①赖草、野大麦、碱茅的内皮层加厚显著,内皮层细胞内切向壁平均厚度分别为12.2μm、9.8μm和3.8μm;内切向壁厚度与细胞厚度比分别为55.5%、57.1%和58.6%;靠近内皮层的皮层细胞也有不同程度加厚;②赖草中皮层细胞排列成放射状并存在根毛分叉现象;③沙枣根中观察有含晶细胞存在。初步分析了根结构与耐盐性的关系。

Abstract:It has found from observation of microscope that the root anatomic structure of some halophytes is with some unique characteristics as fellow: 1. Aneurolepidium daoystachys, Hordeambrevisubulatum, Puccinellia tenuiflora have remarkable thicken of enolodermis. The thickness of inner tangential wall of endodermis wall were12.2 μm , 9 8μm and 3 8 μm individually, the ratio of thickness of endodermis wall and endodermis wall are 55 5 %, 57 1 % and 58 6 % individual The cortex cell near endodermis become thickening as well 2. The cortex cell arranged in radiatiform and divergence of root hair in Aneurolepidium dasystachys 3. It was found Crystalliterous cell in Elaeagnus angustifolia. The relationship between the root anatomic structure of halophytes and salt tolerance was discussed in this paper.
