| 摘 要： | 结合辊轴式虾壳剥制加工线的生产工艺流程,设计了一套基于SIMATIC S7-1200 CPU为主控制器的自动化控制系统应用于该加工线。SINAMICS系列驱动产品是西门子公司"全集成自动化(TIA)"的核心组成部分,应用符合工业以太网的PROFINET总线,将1200PLC、SINAMICS驱动装置、上位机HMI,通过TIA Portal软件开发平台进行硬件组态与软件编程,构建可靠、经济、高效的自动化控制系统。

| Abstract: | Combined with the production process of Roller-type shrimp sheller processing line,a set of automatic control system based on SIMATIC S7-1200 CPU was designed for the processing line.SINAMICS series drive products are the core components of Siemens"Totally Integrated Automation(TIA)".PROFINET matched the Industrial Ethernet standard.Through Profinet bus,this control system is composed of 1200 PLC,SINAMICS drive and HMI.Hardware configuration and software programming are carried out through TIA Portal software development platform.Builded the automatic control system is reliable,economical and efficient. |
