| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国乡镇企业发展面临的新的市场竞争环境和新情况。以及政策、产权、企业素质、布局、环境污染、产业结构、人才等方面出现的问题；从机制创新、空间布局、结构优化、园区和小城镇建设、市场方面，提出了乡镇企业发展的主要对策。
