摘    要:采用水溶性、不挥发性的广谱抗菌剂——三嗪衍生物(HY)作为天然乳胶的新型保存剂,研究保存剂HY对天然乳胶保存效果及硫化性能的影响。结果表明:采用0.15 % HY对鲜胶乳有良好的保存效果,其制成的生胶性能指标及耐老化性能较好;采用0.30 %氨+(0.15 %-0.30 %)HY的中氨复合保存体系时,对浓缩胶乳有较好的保存效果。本研究为研发中氨浓缩胶乳提供了重要参考。

Abstract:In this experiment, a new type of preservative, which is a new type of natural latex, is used as a new type of preservation agent, which is a new type of natural latex. The effect of HY on preservation of natural latex and the properties of HY are studied. The results show that the 0.15% HY good preservation effect on fresh latex, made from the raw performance and better aging resistance; with 0.30% + ammonia (0.15%-0.30% HY) in ammonia compound preservation system, of concentrated latex has better preservation effect. This research provides an important reference for the research and development of ammonia concentrated latex.
