五种贵州常用农药对灭蚊真菌贵阳腐霉及致倦库蚊的影响

摘    要:观察5种贵州常用农药(敌敌畏、敌杀死、甲氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷)对贵阳腐霉菌丝生长的抑制作用,计算出各农药在SFE培养基上分别抑制贵阳腐霉菌丝体生长率10%和50%的浓度(IC10和IC50);并采用生物测定方法,测定这5种农药对本实验室饲养的致倦库蚊半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果表明,敌杀死对贵阳腐霉的毒力最强(IC50值最小),其余按毒力递减排列为:甲氰菊酯、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯;LC50值的比较说明,敌杀死对致倦库蚊的毒力最强,其余按毒力递减排列为:敌敌畏、甲氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷;并且这5种农药对致倦库蚊的LC50远低于其对菌丝体的IC50。

Abstract:Five common pesticides(DDVP,decis,fenpropathrin,fenvalerate and acephate) in Guizhou were chosen,and their inhibition on P.guiyangense wad observed,the IC10 and IC50 which respectively inhibited the P.guiyangense growth by 10% and 50% in SFE medium were calculated.And the LC50(concentrations causing half death of the larvae) were calculated by bioassays.The results showed that decis had the highest toxicity to the fungus,and the others ranked in the order by the toxicity form high to low: fenpropathrin,DDVP,acephate,and fenvalerate;the compare of LC50 value indicated decis had also the highest toxicity to C.quinquefaciatus larvae,and the others ranked in the order by the toxicity form high to low: DDVP,fenpropathrin,fenvalerate,and acephate;the LC50 value of these chemicals to C.quinquefaciatus larvae were much lower than to fungus.
