| 摘 要： | 根据新疆农业发展的实际情况选取了11个评价指标,以2008年新疆14个地、州、市对应指标的数据资料为基础,用因子分析法对这些指标进行了综合评价和分析,通过横向进行比较,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策以提高农业综合生产能力。

| Abstract: | The paper selected 11 evaluation indexes according to the actual situation of agricultural development in Xinjiang,and used factor analysis to make comprehensive evaluation and analysis to the indexes of 14 prefecture,autonomous prefecture and city in Xinjiang.Through horizontal comparison to them,found problems and put forward the countermeasures to improve agricultural comprehensive production capacity. |
