摘    要:为了研究复杂机械系统的可靠性,按故障部件的重要性与数量分类探讨了可修复机械系统的失效情况,在此基础之上,根据系统失效的严重程度分别定义了系统所处的4种模糊状态,分别对其模糊可靠性的计算方法进行了分析,给出了基于马尔可夫过程的计算公式和算例。

Abstract:To study the reliability of a complicated mechanical system, the failures of a repairable mechanical system were classified in this paper based on the importance and quantities of failure elements. Furthermore, four states of a fuzzy process were defined according to the failure degrees of system, that is, the importance or number of the failure elements. In addition, we analyzed the calculation methods of fuzzy reliability for repairable mechanical system, developed calculation formulas on the basis of Markov process, and carried out a calculating example in engineering.
