梨果实部分性状遗传倾向研究

摘    要:以梨12个杂交组合、342株实生树为试材,进行了各组合亲本和后代的性状分析,探讨了各主要性状的遗传趋势。结果表明,梨果实大小为数量性状,杂种后代果个趋于变小,分离广泛,各组合杂种后代果个的传递力平均为75.2%,平均变异系数为37.5%,果个与亲中值、母本和父本的相关程度相近。梨果实可溶性固形物含量呈数量性状遗传,杂种后代分离较广,其组合传递力平均为100%。以浓香型大南果梨为父本的两个组合后代中分别出现15%和38.1%的浓香型品系。果形指数的遗传传递力平均为98.1%,遗传力为0.446。果心总体呈增大趋势;石细胞数量呈增多趋势。

Abstract:seedlings of12pear cross combinations were used for studying the trends of inheritance of some characters of pear fruit by analyzing the characters of the parents and their progenies.The results were as follows:the fruit size of pear was a quantitative character,and the fruit of progenies had the regressive tendency to smaller size and appeared wide segregation.The average combinative transferability of fruit size of pear hybrid progenies was75.2%.The average variance coefficient of fruit size of pear hybrid progenies was37.5%.Fruit size was similar to the correlation level of mid-parent value,the size of fe male and male parent.The soluble solids content (SSC)of pear fruits presented the quantitative character,and the sexual progenies wide segregation,and the average combinative transfer ability was100%.15%and38.1%of the progenies of two hybrid progenies of Dananguoli were selected with strong aroma like their female parent.The average inheritance transfer a-bility of the index of fruit shape was98.1%,and its inheritance ability was0.446.The fruit core tended to be bigger,main ly small,medium,seldom large.Most progenies were with less and medium stone cell in fruit.
