烟草罹赤星病后苯丙烷类代谢途径有关酶及物质的动态研究

摘    要:测定不同抗性的烟草品种接种赤星病菌后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化物酶活性以及总酚和类黄酮含量的变化.结果表明,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性峰与抗病性负相关,抗病品种的总酚和类黄酮含量高峰及过氧化物酶活性峰高于感病品种.这些峰值的大小可作为鉴定品种抗病性的生化指标.

Abstract:Tobacco varieties with different resistance inoculated with pathogenic fungi (Alternaria alternata (Fries)Kissler of Brown spat. Their activities of phenylalanine ammonialase(PALase). Peroxidase(POD)and the changes of total phenols and flavoneids were analysed. The results showed that PAL's active peak was negatively correlated with the disease resistance. The PAL active peak of the susceptible varieties was 4.3 times higher than the resist and varieties.The POD active peak of resistant varietes and the contents of flavonoid and total phenols' values were higher than the susceptible varieties, These peak values can be used as one of the physio-chemical criteria for evaluating the varietal resistance
