| Abstract: | 【Objective】In order to solve the problems of cattle scattered and inconvenient traffic. 【Method】Estrus synchronization treatment was used to observe the effect of estrus synchronization and pregnant calving.102 cows were treated with Cue Mate+ cloprostenol for estrus synchronization in Hongta,Xinping and Yuanjiang counties as three groups.After the withdrawl of virginal sponge,97cows were inseminated with frozen semen twice according to heat observation.【Result】 The synchronization rate was 95.1%.Pregnancy diagnosis were carried out on inseminated cows at 150～160 days after insemination.57 of the 94 examined cows were pregnant.The conception rate per estrus was 60.64%.The 57 pregnant cows calved except one cow.And the calving rate of pregnant cows was 98.24%.【Conclusion】It indicated that estrus synchronization had good effect,but it was associated with feeding style. |
