| Abstract: | 【Objective】 In oreder to get the ideal thawing effect.【Method】The sperm motility was detected by microscopic examination under different thawing temperature and time.【Result】The result showed that different thawing temperatures had different effect on the recovery of frozen sperm.Under 39.5 ℃ for 30 s,the sperm motility was the highest and it was 0.53.Under 40.0 ℃ for 10 s and 39.0 ℃ for 30 s,the motility was 0.41 and 0.47,respectively.The sperm motility was low under other thawing temperatures.【Conclusion】The thawing effect was the best under 39.5 ℃ for 30 s. |
